These remotes are mostly used in domestic applications such as home, small business, schools. These remotes transmit signal ranging up to 100 meters in a signal free area and line of sight maintained. They come in 1, 2 and 4 buttons per remote. A 4 button remote means that, up to 4 functions can be linked on to that remote. For example, a gate motor, electric fence, garage door, alarm system, geyser and pillar lights can all be activated by a single remote.
